User Terms

Welcome to the Xiangxiangjia shared space! In order to provide you with a good user experience, please read the following terms in detail and agree to abide by the usage regulations of this space.

These terms apply to all members, visitors and event participants who use the Xiangxiangjia shared space.

1. Space Usage Rules

• You must be 18 years of age or older to rent a shared space.
• Children under 12 years old (inclusive) are not allowed to enter this space, and pets and furry children are also not allowed to enter. This space will not be responsible for any injuries caused by bringing in items without permission.
• Smoking and carrying dangerous or illegal items are strictly prohibited in the space. If you smoke in the space, a cleaning fee of 2,000 yuan will be added.
• Open flames are prohibited in the space. If you need to use electrical equipment, please follow the guidance and instructions of the person in charge of Xiangxiangjia Space.
• The facilities and resources provided in the space are limited to legal purposes, and any behavior that violates the law, public order or good customs is strictly prohibited.
• The use of fitness equipment must be accompanied by a fitness trainer in this space and comply with safety operating regulations. If you feel unwell, please do not force yourself to use it.
• If improper use causes damage to the facilities or equipment in the space, the user shall bear the relevant compensation liability.

2. Reservation and Cancellation

• Reservations for this venue can be made through the online form, phone or counter. Reservations are required in advance to use this shared space, and are based on a first-come, first-served basis. For the private rental service, you must first pay 50% of the rental fee or the full amount as a deposit. If the deposit has not been paid, the space will only be reserved until 5 days before the event. If you confirm that you need to use the venue, please take the initiative to notify the person in charge of Xiangxiangjia to reserve the venue.
• If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us 5 days before the event date. Otherwise, the service will be deemed to have been used and 10% of the paid amount will be deducted as a handling fee. In case of special circumstances (such as natural disasters or force majeure), Xiangxiangjia reserves the right to adjust or cancel the activity and will notify the renter as soon as possible.

3. Renter’s Rights

Space renters have the right to participate in various activities and use facilities, but must comply with relevant regulations. Space renters who do not rent the entire space must be responsible for their own behavior and respect the rights and privacy of other users on site. If a member violates the terms or causes trouble to other users, Xiangxiangjia has the right to cancel the space usage qualification and refuse to provide services.

4. Rights and interests of event participants

All activity and course registration fees are non-refundable once paid, except in special circumstances. Filming may be carried out during the event, and the photos or videos taken will be used for promotional purposes of Xiangxiangjia. By participating in the event, you are deemed to agree that Xiangxiangjia shared space can use photos or videos of you for advertising or marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us on site. You can also contact the person in charge of Xiangxiangjia Space to remove your photos on Xiangxiangjia official website or social media. After receiving the message, we will help remove them within 2 working days.

5. Protection of personal information

Xiangxiangjia will properly protect your personal information and only use it for providing services and marketing purposes. It will not be disclosed to any third party without authorization. If you have any questions about the use of your personal data, please feel free to contact us.

6. Modification and interpretation of terms

Xiangxiangjia has the right to modify these terms based on actual circumstances, and the modified terms will be immediately published on the space or official website.
